Here are a number of the frequently asked questions and useful information regarding us-sport4world. Read this section through and contact us if your problem is still not resolved.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

What happens if the items are damaged or lost during delivery?

If items are damaged or lost during delivery, EMS will compensate for the actual loss for items up to 20,000JPY. If the item is worth more than 20,000JPN, the actual loss will be covered by the insurance policy held by us-sports4world.

Who pays for the shipping charges when I want to send my glove for repair?

You are responsible for paying all shipping charges of repair items to and from us-sports4world, however, if the cost of repair exceeds $50.00USD, US-sports4world will pay the shipping to send you back your item.

How much time does it take to ship out my purchase?

Off-the-shelf items will normally be shipped within 24 - 48 hours. Custom-made products will require approximately 20 - 30 days to build. All items will be sent to you by EMS (Express Mailing Service by Japan Post Service).

When will I receive my purchase once it is shipped?

All items will be sent to you by EMS (Express Mailing Service by Japan Post Service). The average time required for EMS delivery to the United States is 7 days. The actual days required for EMS delivery after any item is shipped out from our store will be up to EMS. We cannot control nor guarantee the delivery days. Please access the EMS Track & Trace service at the JP Post website to trace your item using the tracking number indicated in the e-mail sent to you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Can I return my purchase?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for unused, off-the-shelf products within 21 days of the date we send you the Shipment Complete e-mail. Return shipping charges must be prepaid by you. You should expect to receive your refund through PayPal within 14 days of our receiving your returned item. If the item you received was defective or incorrect, you will receive refund for the purchase price plus the shipping charge you paid to return the item.

PRODUCTS

Only Mizuno Pro Order (2GW21350) seems to be labeled MADE IN JAPAN. Are any of the Mizuno gloves sold in the United States manufactured in Japan?

All Mizuno gloves sold in Japan and in other countries are manufactured outside of Japan, with the exception of Mizuno Pro Order (2GW21350) and some Mizuno Pro Limited editions.

Can Mizuno Pro Order ICHIRO model be bought off the shelf?

The ICHIRO model is sold only through custom order.

Can I make changes to my custom-made glove after I place my order?

You cannot change your order after an official order has been placed.

How are glove sizes indicated in Japan?

Glove sizes in Japan are indicated by position, not by dimensions like in the United States.

Mizuno Pro Order gloves made in Japan are so expensive! Is it very popular in Japan?

Mizuno Pro Order is used widely by Japanese players from high school athletes to professional players. Japanese baseball places great emphasis on fielding, so high quality, easy-to-handle gloves are preferred. Dedicated players purchase top-of-the-line gloves, break it in patiently to get the perfect feel, and take good care of it to use it for many, many years. It's a little like those great American batters who spend a lot of money on expensive bats.

Do you always have all off-the-shelf products on your website in stock?

We try to maintain a certain amount of stock for our off-the-shelf products at all times, but occasionally some items may be sold out, for instance, when we receive orders for large quantity. In the rare event that happens, we will inform our customers immediately.

PAYMENT

How much money do I have to pay in US dollars for products with Japanese yen price tags?

Because US-sports4world can deliver products to customers all over the world, we show our prices in Japanese yen (JPY). The specific exchange rate that applies to your transaction will be determined by PayPal and displayed at the time of the transaction. The current exchange rate can be found using PayPal's Currency Converter*. Note that all payment to US-sports4world must be made by PayPal.

Can I pay by credit card?

All payments to US-sports4world must be made by PayPal.

TAXES

Do I have to pay customs duties when I make a purchase?

There are no taxes levied when your purchase is shipped out from Japan, you may be required to pay customs duties or other taxes once the items reaches your country/region. Unfortunately, US-sports4world cannot answer any questions you may have pertaining to customs and taxes. Please contact your local Customs office for details.

REPAIRS

How much does it cost to have my glove repaired? What should I do if I want to send my glove in for repair?

Here is our general repair process:

Based on your Request for Repair, we will send you a price quote.

If you agree to our price quote, you pay us the amount.

Once we confirm receipt of your payment, we will send you instructions on how to send in your glove.

Send us your glove. You will be responsible for shipping charges.

Once we receive your glove, we will assess the work that needs to be done.

We will contact you if we find the need for further repair that requires additional cost. If you agree, please make your additional payment.

Once we confirm receipt of your additional payment, we will start our repair.

Your glove will be returned to you once we complete the repair.
