Just like other web stores, all shopping at US-sports4world are handled online with a few exceptions. If you have selected the Kanji (Chinese character) Embroidery option for your custom-made glove, you will be receiving several e-mail communications from our staff. Otherwise, the following diagram shows the general shopping and payment procedures.
All payments to US-sports4world must be made by PayPal, whether it is for custom-made gloves or off-the-shelf items. PayPal accepts the following credit cards:

We do not accept other credit cards, money orders, postal money orders, checks or cash.

All prices in this site are in Japanese Yen (JPY). If your transaction involves a currency conversion, it will be completed at a retail foreign exchange rate determined by PayPal, which is adjusted regularly based on market conditions. The specific exchange rate that applies to your multiple currency transaction will be displayed at the time of the transaction. The current exchange rate can be found using PayPal's Currency Converter.*

After we confirm your order, an Invoice e-mail for the total amount due (= purchase price + shipping cost) will be sent to you from PayPal. To ensure safe and reliable delivery, all items will be shipped by EMS (Express Mailing Service by Japan Post Service), the fastest international mail service available.
In case of damage or loss during EMS delivery, we have the following insurance programs: For items worth up to 20,000 JPY >> EMS will compensate for the actual loss. Applies to repaired gloves and spikes. For items worth more than 20,000 JPY >> The actual loss will be covered by the insurance policy held by US-sports4world.

* You are responsible for all shipping costs to send your repair items to and from our shop. If the cost of repair exceeds $50.00USD, US-sports4world will pay the shipping to send you back your items.

Custom-made Gloves
Custom-made gloves will be shipped whenever they are completed. (It normally takes 20 to 30 days to build).
Off-the-Shelf Items
Off-the-shelf items will shipped within 48 hours.
Delivery Days
All items will be shipped by EMS (Express Mailing Service by Japan Post Service). It normally takes 7 days to USA. The approximate days required for EMS delivery after any item is shipped out from our store will be up to EMS. We cannot control nor guarantee the delivery days. Please access the EMS Track & Trace service at the JP Post website to trace your item using the tracking number indicated in the e-mail sent to you.
EMS delivery information is available in countries in the following areas:

You may be required to pay customs duties or other taxes once the items reaches your country/region. Unfortunately, US-sports4world cannot answer any questions you may have pertaining to customs and taxes. Please contact your local Customs office for details.
For items worth up to 20,000 JPY, EMS has an insurance program to compensate for actual loss in case of damage or loss during EMS delivery. For items worth more than 20,000 JPY, the actual loss will be covered by the insurance policy held by us-sports4world.
