Because we wish you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for unused products (with the exception of custom order products), within 21 days of the date we send you the Shipment Complete e-mail. Return shipping charges must be prepaid. You should expect to receive your refund through PayPal within 14 days of our receiving your returned item.
